A member of the Elements Cremation professional team is an Illinois licensed attorney who can provide initial guidance and ongoing direction for a variety of end-of-life questions. In coordination with the decedent’s chosen legal counsel and/or family, she is prepared to offer any level of assistance you may require including: wills, trusts, power of attorney for healthcare, power of attorney for property, HIPPA authorization, disposition of remains agent, do-not-resuscitate orders, anatomical gift directives, health care surrogate directives, and the full coordination of all estate matters.
Long- or Short-term Care
Elements Cremation can advise on or put you in contact with long- or short-term care providers. Our participation is limited to the services we provide. The medical professionals have sole responsibility for providing health and medical care services and guidance.
Sometimes families seek advice or assistance related to real estate transactions, for example, the sale or transfer of title of the decedent’s property. Elements Cremation has partnered with highly experienced, local real estate agents who can provide recommendations and guidance. These real estate agents have extensive knowledge of Chicago area markets and are available for consultations.
For families who need assistance in liquidating an estate—an entire home and contents or selected components of an estate—Elements Cremations can identity trusted providers of such services to match any need.
